Abstract

According to data and health information from the Grobogan District Service, Puskesmas Godong II is one of the Puskesmas with the coverage of Antenatal Care lowest. In 2016 the coverage of K1 was 100%, K4 was 94.42% and in 2017 KI was 100%, K4 was 93.37%. The gap that occurs between K1 and K4 is due to patients feeling dissatisfied with the services provided so that patients do not make repeat visits and have an impact on the decline of in coverage Antenatal Care. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of the dimensions of quality of service reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), empathy (empathy), tangible (physical evidence to the satisfaction of service Antenatal Care. The study was conducted in Puskesmas Godong II with a sample of 55 pregnant women. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire. The data analysis used Chi-Square.The results showed the dimensions of service quality, reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), empathy ( empathy), tangible (physical evidence), and satisfaction, many respondents have a good perception P-value service quality 0.001, reliability 0.002, responsiveness (responsiveness) 0.010, assurance (guarantee) 0.005, empathy (empathy) 0.009, tangible (physical evidence) 0.000. These results indicate a relationship between the dimensions of service quality reliability (reliability), responsiveness endless (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), empathy (empathy), tangible (physical evidence) with satisfaction service Antenatal Care.It is hoped that midwives can work professionally and improve the quality of work, especially accuracy, responsiveness, skills, and friendliness, and for health centers to be able to provide good facilities and infrastructure, especially clean rooms and environments as well as complete room attributes.

Abstract

Background: Technological developments, especially in the field of radiology, is growing rapidly. The radiology quality assurance system has also developed, one of which is the Collimator Test Tools. The method of testing x-ray beams using this tool has also been developed, such as using film and using IP. However, the development of this method has a drawback, namely that the examiner is required to have special skills in image post-processing. The development of Collimator Test Tools by utilizing the nature of x-rays which causes certain substances such as calcium tungstate or zinc sulfide to glow light (luminance) has been done a lot, but there is no study of these products. Therefore, the researcher wants to develop a product by designing a Collimator test tool based on digital image analysis technology (Dev-X) and a digital camera with Android-based calculations on a wirelessly connected smartphone as an update of the testing method. Objective: To create a collimator test tool for x-ray machines based on digital image analysis technology (Dev-X). Methods: This is a research experiment with a posttest group only design type. Research Location at the Radiology Laboratory of the Radiodiagnostic and Radiotherapy Engineering Academy (ATRO) Bali. Result: Functional Test of Dev-X Products (hardware and software), all components function properly. However, it cannot be assessed significantly from statistical results. Conclusion: The creation and proper functioning of hardware and software tools collimator test tool Dev-Xon android smartphone and show the calculation results of the x-ray beam automatically.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Dental and oral health services for elementary school students aged 6 to 12 years that have not been optimal. This show that the implementation of UKGS has not succeeded. Monitoring and evaluation on the implementation of UKGS is difficult because the reporting system of UKGS all this time is conducted manually at the end of the year using form combined with the report of the health center. The website-based UKGS management model is an information system that can be used to report the activities of UKGS directly and to monitor as well as evaluate the activities of UKGS to fit the targets that have been set. Objective: Produce innovations of the UKGS management model with relevant / appropriate information systems to increase the effectiveness and the efficiency in the implementation of UKGS in elementary school students. Methods: Research and Development (RD) and model trials using the method of pre-experimental. The respondents amounted to 48 populations which consist 24 dental therapist and 24 UKS teachers to assess the quality of E-UKGS management and the quality of information systems in the implementation of UKGS management. The result of design of the model were tested for validation by expert. The data were tested using paired difference test, proportion test, and linear regression test.Result: Validation by expert result the average value of 92, the category is very feasible, and with a p-value of 0,014. The quality of E-UKGS management after intervention has improved compared to before (p = 0.001). Respondent’s assessment stated that the quality of E-UKGS information system in the good category. Conclusion: The UKGS management model of elementary school based on information systems provides a significant increase in the quality of UKGS management and the quality of information systems in the good category.Key Words: Elementary school students, UKGS management model, information systemABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak sekolah dasar usia 6 s.d 12 tahun belum optimal.

Abstract

ABSTRACTProblems on dental and oral hygiene are caused by poor dental and oral care. A viable strategy in changing the behavior of pregnant women is through dental hygiene counseling. We present solution for counseling with material which could be heeded by pregnant women. The aim of the research is to improve knowledge, attitude and action to take care of dental and oral hygiene, so that the target can do self-care to dental and oral hygiene. We implemented Research and Development (RD) method comprising 5 stages, namely, information collection, design and build, expert validation and revision, model test and final model results. This was done with the subject in as much as 50 pregnant women. The sample used a purposive sampling technique. Data were tested using intraclass correlation coefficient and paired sample test. The results show that Primary Health Center cadre training is effective in improving the dental and oral hygiene action in pregnant women.
